The Miraval is all that and...

My trip to the Miraval Resort and Spa was all that and much more than I expected! The resort offers an array of meandering paths and trails that lead everywhere and nowhere depending on where you want to go..... or not. I went there to get closer to my inner self, and get away from the everyday grind. This place was just the right location for someone like me. It is a place for many different kinds of people because you can get what you want out of it. Take it at your own pace. No pressure. No guilt.Some want to run through the entire extensive sport program that they offer which is included in the generous price, others were very interested in the spiritual courses. I was interested in a little of both and found both very rewarding. If you have a few extra coins, and want to have a nice experience, I recommend visiting the Miraval Spa and Resort.
